Sidco Foods in Dubai seeks an organized Export Coordinator to manage all export operations for frozen foods in the UAE. You will handle end-to-end processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation and regulatory compliance for international shipments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with food export certificates, regulatory approvals, and coordination with freight forwarders. Strong attention to detail and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in export coordination within frozen foods or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures and international shipping docs.
• Experience with food export certificates and regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export operations for frozen food products from order to delivery.
• Prepare, review and verify export documents (invoice, packing list, B/L/airway bill, COO, health certificates).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and agents for smooth shipments.
• Arrange and follow up on food safety certifications and destination country requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE export regulations and international food export rules.
• Coordinate temperature-controlled logistics and maintain cold chain for frozen products.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide status updates to management and customers.
• Maintain export records and documentation; resolve delays and discrepancies.
• Liaise with sales, warehouse, production and logistics teams for export execution.
• Communicate shipment updates and documentation needs to international customers.
