Job summary

Converge in Dubai is seeking an Export Manager to drive international sales growth and expand its footprint across Africa. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on turning market opportunities into sustainable revenue.

You will identify new markets, establish distributor networks, and build strong partnerships with commercial partners while managing multiple international markets from Dubai.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in export sales or international business development within FMCG.
• Experience opening and developing new markets across Africa.
• Experience establishing distributor networks and developing routes to market.
• Strong understanding of international trade, export operations, and market expansion.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and grow export revenue.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience managing distributor relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple international markets.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Our client, an established FMCG organisation, is looking for an Export Manager, based in Dubai, to drive international sales growth and expand its presence across African markets. The role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, establishing distribution networks, and building relationships with local distributors and commercial partners. A key priority is expanding into new African markets, particularly through successfully opening markets and establishing routes to market from the ground up. This is a hands-on commercial role for an export professional who understands the FMCG landscape and can turn market opportunities into sustainable business growth.
