Qualifications

• BSc degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Community / Property Management.
• Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, Law #6 of 2019.
• Experience launching community initiatives & measuring impact.
• Tech-savvy, data-driven, and obsessed with customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional resident experiences by executing portfolio strategies, driving digitization & process automation.
• Leverage tools: SnagReport, Master Plan, Mollak, GRIDS to streamline operations, boost energy efficiency & cut costs.
• Champion innovation — smart buildings, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with RERA & Dubai Law No. 6 of 2019.
• Manage service providers, Owners Committees, budgets, procurement & tendering.
• Train site teams, refine processes, and turn challenges into seamless solutions.
