Job summary

Kaizen Asset Management Services seeks an Experience Capability & Performance Manager to define the EM competency standard, measure performance, and close gaps across the portfolio. The role owns onboarding readiness, curriculum development, and the SME/trainer network to scale the model.

The candidate will drive KPI visibility, develop development plans, and ensure ongoing certification. A strong background in Dubai OA/community management and regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, Business Admin or related field.
• 6+ years in Dubai OA/community management – minimum 3 years running portfolios, budgets, General Assemblies, Mollak cycles & service-provider performance
• Proven track record raising others' performance to measurable standards with before/after evidence
• Deep knowledge: Dubai Law No. 6/2019, RERA, Mollak, escrow, service charges, DLP, FM contracting
• Advanced Excel; Masterplan, SnagReport, Mollak portal experience
• Fluent written & spoken English; Arabic an advantage

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the EM Competency Standard; assess all EMs and publish the live capability matrix.
• Turn assessment results into signed, tracked development plans; design the EM curriculum and certification.
• Own onboarding journey for new hires; assess readiness at Day 30 and Day 90; certify before unsupervised work.
• Own the EM KPI framework and monthly Performance Scorecard; diagnose gaps across data sources.
• Build and maintain the EM Standards Library (SOPs, playbooks, checklists) and update within 15 working days of regulatory change.
