Assistant Manager - Transformation and Business Excellence

Position OverviewThe Assistant Manager - Transformation and Business Excellence roles at Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate in Dubai lead process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across real estate development and operations. This role focuses on enhancing efficiency, customer experience, governance, and decision-making by designing and implementing best practice frameworks, digitized processes, and performance measurement systems across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap assessments across business processes to identify performance, compliance, quality, and efficiency improvements
• Design, map, and document end-to-end processes aligned with organizational structure, DoA, RACI, and policy frameworks
• Lead transformation and business excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, customer experience, and change management
• Support the design and implementation of business excellence frameworks, KPIs, and performance measurement systems
• Drive digitization and technical initiatives across multiple systems to enable deployment of approved processes
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and system integration efforts to ensure business ROI
• Identify and implement industry best practices, workflows, and system integrations to enhance operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on value chain design, customer journeys, RACI matrices, and excellence models
• Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure adoption and understanding of new processes
• Develop and validate business cases for new initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
