Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management (DHCM) is seeking a proactive Community Relations & Customer Service professional. You will represent owners and tenants, address inquiries promptly, and collaborate with authorities to maintain high service standards across multiple Dubai communities.

You will monitor service charges, assist in budgeting with the Community Manager, and ensure compliance with RERA requirements while maintaining strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management, property management, or customer service.

Responsibilities

Attend meetings representing owners and tenants and address inquiries promptly.
Respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner ensuring good service.
Investigate issues, follow up actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues through proper processes.
Educate owners and tenants about DHCM rules and regulations for compliance.
Liaise with local authorities and communities to resolve day-to-day issues while managing OC per RERA.
