Job summary

KAIZEN Asset Management Services is expanding its dynamic team and seeks candidates for Business Development roles at all levels in Dubai. You will engage with clients across residential and commercial real estate, identify opportunities, and contribute to growth with proactive strategies.

Collaborate with senior management, develop strategies, and deliver tailored solutions while maintaining CRM records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Experience in business development or sales roles may vary based on level: Junior (0-2 years), Mid-level (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Director (10+ years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is advantageous, especially for senior and director-level roles.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
• Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management.
• Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Engage in market analysis to remain informed of industry trends, competitors, and client demands.
• Record all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote KAIZEN services.
• Provide regular reports on business development activities and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
