Job summary

Electra in the UAE seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee, direct, and coordinate all department activities within exhibitions and events. You will drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability by implementing effective methods while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include planning, fabrication management, maintenance of machinery, material follow-up, and cross-department coordination to meet project delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate with exposure to exhibitions and events is preferred.
• Strong leadership and planning capabilities across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to manage fabrication, joinery, and site build activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department activities and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate fabrication, assembly, build up, and dismantling operations.
• Enforce health, safety, and quality procedures across projects.
• Manage maintenance of machinery and tools to ensure uptime.
• Monitor material flow from suppliers to production and control costs.
• Lead training for new staff and ensure overall department readiness.
