• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8–12 years in production management; 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and equipment.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and complex projects.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
