Electra in Dubai is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee all on-site activities from build-up to breakdown. You will coordinate multiple teams and ensure safety and compliance across the venue.

Qualifications

Proven experience as Site Manager or similar in events, exhibitions, or live productions.
Strong leadership, team coordination, and vendor management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations for event environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate all on-site activities during build-up, live event days, and dismantling.
Ensure site layouts are prepared, marked, and delivered to meet requirements and safety standards.
Supervise crews, contractors, and vendors involved in setup and breakdown.
Enforce health, safety, and compliance protocols across the site.
Act as main contact with event organizers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Monitor progress against timelines and resolve issues quickly.
Oversee logistics, equipment, and resources on-site.
Ensure the site is restored and cleaned post-event.
