Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in production management with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of production processes, materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and oversee all production activities from concept to delivery.
Lead, mentor and manage production teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Develop and implement production strategies, schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency.
Collaborate with design, logistics and project management teams to ensure seamless production.
Monitor production budgets, resources and timelines to meet project objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards across all production operations.
Identify risks, production challenges and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations.
Prepare reports and updates for senior management on production performance and KPIs.
