Job summary

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established private investment group in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to hire an experienced Executive Technology Services Specialist. The successful candidate will provide discreet, proactive technology support to senior executives, ensuring devices, applications, connectivity, meetings, and collaboration tools are secure, reliable, and ready for use.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in executive technology support or digital workplace services.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives or high-priority users.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and Microsoft 365.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MFA, endpoint management and security.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, video conferencing and meeting-room technology.
• Good understanding of Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues independently and coordinate vendors or specialist teams.
• Knowledge of information security, confidentiality, privileged access and data protection.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, endpoint security, or IT service management are an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call support as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology point of contact for designated executive offices and senior leadership.
• Take end-to-end ownership of executive technology issues with timely resolution.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, tablets, smartphones, peripherals, and workplace tech.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android environments.
• Provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Prepare and validate technology for executive meetings, presentations, video conferences, and external engagements.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams and meeting-room technology.
• Maintain secure device readiness through updates, encryption, backups, migration, and recovery.
• Maintain documentation of executive devices, configurations, and support arrangements.
