Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi seeks an accomplished IT leader to drive strategy and operations across offices and field operations. You will manage IT infrastructure, networks, OT, cloud services, and enterprise systems while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance with corporate policies.

You will lead a team of IT staff, coordinate with vendors, and steer disaster recovery planning, budgeting, and IT governance in a demanding industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology and/or electronics/telecommunication.
• Minimum 10–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in middle or senior managerial role.
• Oil & gas/manufacturing sector experience with hands-on monitoring/communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all IT activities across offices and field operations, ensuring reliable, secure technology services.
• Develop IT policies, processes, and controls covering all IT functions.
• Oversee IT system management, project coordination, incident response, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure high availability of IT environments, maintain SLAs, and manage budgets/vendors.
