Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking an Executive – Talent Acquisition on an 11-month contract to lead end-to-end recruitment across the group. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, and deliver a compelling candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio across real estate, hospitality, and entertainment and requires strong communication, interviewing, and ATS proficiency to build robust pipelines and support timely hires.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Familiar with ATS, HR systems, and modern recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer stage.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Working closely with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.
• Supporting improvements to recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.

Senior Associate – Recruitment (11-month contract)

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience (volume recruitment would be desirable).
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies and stakeholders.
• Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS, HR systems, and modern recruitment tools.
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
