Candidates should have 3+ years in a similar role, strong Mediterranean or French cuisine background, and available for immediate joining. Open to international nationals and prioritizing those with fine dining or 5-star hotel backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 3 years work experience in the same function.
• Strong background in Mediterranean or French cuisines.
• High-end fine dining or 5-star hotel experience is preferred.
• Open to Europeans, Westerns, and Oriental nationals and under 40.
• Michelin-starred chef will be a benefit.
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Screen and ensure that firm systems and standard procedure are satisfied for all locations that directly report to him/her
• Supervise all elements of commissary production as well as event implementation
• Work carefully with the Corporate Executive cook to assure criteria are being met in all various other elements of the commissary operation
• Preference food and also oversee kitchen area staff throughout the food preparation process, examining to make sure that elements of meals are correctly prepared and seasoned
• Make essential decisions regarding a restaurant's menu items as well as offerings
