Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management or Chef Diploma from City & Guilds or equivalent.
• 10–13 years in hospitality with 3–4 years in Sous Chef or senior role.
• Proven experience in high-end steakhouse and luxury hotel environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen finance and administration, including budgets and reporting.
• Interpret HR policies for efficient implementation in the kitchen.
• Maintain highest standards of health, hygiene, and food safety.
• Oversee purchasing, deliveries, stock management and cost control.
• Develop menus and concepts, staying current with dining trends.
• Lead and mentor culinary team to foster creativity and excellence.
• Ensure high-quality guest experiences in a demanding environment.
