Job summary

Element Search seeks an accomplished senior recruitment professional to lead end-to-end executive search engagements for C-suite and board-level roles. You will partner with client leadership, shape search strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates who align with corporate objectives.

In this role, you will build long-term client relationships, drive new business development, and leverage market intelligence to stay ahead of leadership talent trends across key sectors.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years in executive search, talent acquisition, or management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
• Sector specialization in at least one industry your deliverables target.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and ERP platforms for AI and automation.

Responsibilities

He/Shewillmanage the end-to-end senior-level recruitment lifecycle, partnering with corporate boards and C-suite executives to source, evaluate, and place top-tier leadership talent while driving client acquisition and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Partnership:Meet with client stakeholders to define role criteria, organizational culture, and strategic businessobjectives.
• Search Strategy & Mapping:Design comprehensive market-mapping initiatives and targeted search strategies, with a deep-rooted research mindset.
• Talent Acquisition:Source, approach, and vet senior-level candidates through rigorous competency-based and behavioral interviews.
• Candidate Presentation:Deliver detailed candidate assessment profiles and shortlists to clientdecision-makers.
• Business Development:Cultivate long-term client relationships,identifynew revenue streams, and pitch for executive search retainers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:4 to 8+ years in executive search, corporate talent acquisition, or specialized management consulting.
• Education:Bachelor’s degreerequired; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Business Acumen:Deep understanding of corporate structures, industry dynamics, and talent market trends.
• Sector specialization: Needs to have at least 1 sector proficiency in deliverables and clientele served.
• ATS, CRM & ERP exposure: Needs to have worked on leading ATS, CRM & ERP platforms for AI & automation touchpoints.
• Digital marketing: Should be able to straddle different hats, beyond sourcing & mapping, to include content creation, campaigns, leadership podcasts, etc.
