Job summary

Jumeirah invites applications for an Executive in the Sales Department at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, commencing October 2026. The role focuses on developing account plans, coordinating with off-property channels, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, English proficiency, and strong skills in MS Office, communication, and account management. A higher degree is preferred.

• 3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality sector.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA preferred.
• English proficiency and strong MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account development plans to maximize short- and long-term revenue.
• Coordinate with off-property sales channels to ensure aligned and effective sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Expand the customer base through community engagement, market research and targeted sales activities.
• Monitor budgets, targets and individual performance, maintaining accurate account profiles in Salesforce.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts and action plans to achieve or exceed team and individual sales targets.

About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join Sales Department in Madinat Jumeirah from October 2026 onwards:

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Develop and implement account development plans to maximize short- and long-term revenue.
• Coordinate with off-property sales channels to ensure aligned and effective sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Expand the customer base through community engagement, market research and targeted sales activities.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma/Certificate required; Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within an international hospitality company, with a strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Proficiency in English and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong commercial, communication, interpersonal, account management and organizational skills, with a focus on targets and results.
• Ability to manage projects and time effectively, work under pressure and deadlines, and interact confidently with diverse groups and stakeholders.
