Job summary

Jumeirah is seeking an Executive to join the Sales Department at Madinat Jumeirah from October 2026 onwards. The role focuses on developing account development plans, coordinating with off-property sales channels, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to grow revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience in international hospitality, strong English, and solid MS Office and Salesforce proficiency, with a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Certificate required; Bachelor's, Master's or MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within an international hospitality company, with a strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Proficiency in English and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account development plans to maximize short- and long-term revenue.
• Coordinate with off-property sales channels to ensure aligned and effective sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Expand the customer base through community engagement, market research and targeted sales activities.
• Monitor budgets, targets and individual performance, maintaining accurate account profiles in Salesforce.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts and action plans to achieve or exceed team and individual sales targets.

About You:
