Jumeirah Mina Al Salam is seeking a Reception Manager – Cala Vista to lead 7 Rooms operations, ensure a premium guest experience, and manage the outlet with a focus on service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings 6-8 years in luxury hospitality, hands-on 7 Rooms experience, and a degree in Hospitality or related field, with strong leadership and organizational skills.

• 6-8 years of luxury hospitality experience including hands-on use of 7 Rooms or similar system.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and hospitality systems; strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee 7 Rooms operations for guest reservations from booking to departure.
• Ensure hostess desk/door is professionally managed with warm, personalized welcome.
• Maintain exceptional food, beverage and service standards and address guest feedback.
• Organize and supervise day-to-day outlet operations with staffing and SOP compliance.
• Lead and develop the team through on-the-job training and coaching.
• Monitor outlet performance, profitability and guest satisfaction; support marketing initiatives.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reception Manager – Cala Vista tojoin Jumeirah Mina Al Salam

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage and oversee 7 Rooms operations professionally, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience from reservation through arrival and departure, with strong knowledge of reservation procedures, guest preferences, special requests, and VIP requirements.
• Ensure the hostess desk/door is professionally managed and adequately manned, providing a warm, prompt and personalized welcome while maintaining high standards of grooming, presentation and Jumeirah service excellence.
• Monitor and maintain exceptional food, beverage and service standards, proactively gathering and responding to guest feedback, resolving complaints effectively, and escalating significant issues to senior management when required.
• Organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient staffing, clear communication and adherence to Jumeirah policies, SOPs, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead, support and develop the team through on-the-job training, coaching and constructive feedback, fostering strong teamwork, professionalism and a consistent guest-focused approach.
• Monitor outlet performance, profitability and operational efficiency, identifying opportunities to improve service, productivity and guest satisfaction while supporting marketing initiatives and maintaining strong knowledge of hotel events, menus and destination information.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 6-8 years of luxury hospitality environment, with professional hands-on experience using 7 Rooms or a comparable reservation/guest management system.
• College Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Hotel Management or a relevant field; Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant hospitality systems, with strong administrative, reporting and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented, creative and organized, with strong project management and communication skills and a consistent focus on luxury guest service.
