Jumeirah Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai is seeking a Supervisor – Housekeeping to lead daily housekeeping operations and uphold ultra-luxury standards across guest rooms and public areas.

You will supervise attendants, conduct inspections, coordinate with suppliers, and manage resources and key control while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless collaboration with Front Office, Engineering and F&B teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Creative and guest-focused approach to enhance the guest experience.
• Strong ability to train, motivate, and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping attendants and ensure daily services meet hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, manage housekeeping resources, and record deep-cleaning activities.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is maintained and securely distribute and control master keys.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, following SOPs and escalating when required.
• Support team training and performance evaluations while coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor – Housekeeping tojoin Madinat Jumeirah

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Supervise housekeeping attendants and ensure daily services are completed efficiently and to hotel standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, manage housekeeping resources, and maintain accurate records of deep-cleaning activities.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and manage the secure distribution and control of master keys.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, following SOPs and escalating issues to the Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager when required.
• Support team training and performance evaluations while coordinating with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure smooth hotel operations.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or a related field is desirable.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative and guest-focused, with the ability to develop ideas that enhance the guest experience.
• Strong ability to train, motivate, and support team members.
• 3–5 years of experience in a housekeeping role within a luxury hotel.
