Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks a Customer Relationship professional to support the sale of new vehicles, record and manage enquiries in the dealer management system, and ensure a seamless customer experience aligned with brand standards.

You will follow the documented sales process, advise customers on purchase requirements, support the line manager to maintain display and presentation standards, and adhere to HSSE guidelines while helping maximise profitability through professional customer

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Follow the direction of the line manager during the sales process.
• Follow the guidelines and process ensuring cleared funds of cash or finance prior to vehicle release, and trade-in facility.
• Follow the guidelines of vehicle registration, in line with each Emirate requirements.
• Ability to represent and deliver professional customer experience at all times.
