Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, or quantity surveying.
• Experience in data center, HVAC, or large MEP infrastructure projects.
• Experience handling cooling packages such as chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Cooling Packages: supports the commercial management of data center cooling infrastructure packages, ensuring cost control, contract administration, procurement coordination, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Sourcing of Capex and Opex for Data Center Projects.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that Data Center Project purchases are closed on time and in the best interest of the business.
• Build, sustain and leverage relationships with stakeholders across functions and externally with vendors/suppliers to drive alignment and maximize value.
• Tracking costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
