Job summary

DAMAC Digital is seeking a Procurement professional for Data Center projects in Dubai to manage cooling packages, including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, and related HVAC systems. This role focuses on commercial management, contracts, and quantity surveying within large MEP infrastructure contexts.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in data center projects, strong procurement skills, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial management, contracts, or quantity surveying.
• Experience in data center, HVAC, or large MEP infrastructure projects.
• Experience handling cooling packages such as chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Cooling Packages supports the commercial management of data center cooling infrastructure packages, ensuring effective cost control, contract administration, procurement coordination, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for Sourcing of Capex and Opex for Data Center Projects.
• Work closely with the team to ensure that the Data Center Project purchases are closed on time and in the best interest of the business.
• Build, Sustain and leverage relationship with stakeholders across functions and externally with vendors/suppliers to drive alignment and maximize the value.
• Tracking Costs and ensuring efficiencies year on year.
