Job summary

Damac Properties is seeking an Assistant Manager Procurement for Data Center projects in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring procurement processes align with financial controls and budgetary constraints while coordinating fund allocation and approvals.

You will oversee invoice verification, payment processing, and tracking, and manage bank guarantees, performance bonds, and Letters of Credit. The position requires strong understanding of procurement policies and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of procurement-related financial processes and controls.
• Coordinate fund allocation, budget availability, and financial approvals.
• Strong knowledge of invoice verification, payment processing, and payment tracking.
• Experience in coordinating bank guarantees, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, and Letters of Credit (LCs).
• Strong understanding of financial controls, commercial procedures, contractual requirements, and procurement policies.
