Job summary

Damac Properties is seeking an Assistant Manager Procurement for a Data Center project in Dubai. You will oversee procurement processes, ensure financial controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to secure timely approvals.

The role requires strong expertise in invoice verification, payment processing, and managing bank guarantees and LCs, with a focus on compliance and cost efficiency. You will coordinate budgets and supplier contracts within a fast-paced data-center environment.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of procurement-related financial processes and controls.
• Coordinate fund allocation, budget availability, and financial approvals.
• Strong knowledge of invoice verification, payment processing, and payment tracking.
• Experience coordinating bank guarantees, performance bonds, advance payment guarantees, and LCs.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, commercial procedures, contractual requirements, and procurement policies.
