The candidates will lead reporting initiatives while they coordinate activities between different teams to assist with large data center projects in multiple operational environments.**Job ID**: 29919**Expiration Date**: NA**Apply**:**Main Duties*** Coordinate corporate communication and stakeholder alignment across Nordic data center infrastructure projects efficiently.* Manage JV partner Hyperco coordination including deliverables tracking, invoicing processes, and compliance requirements.* Monitor permitting approvals, power connectivity, and regulatory activities for ongoing data center project execution.* Prepare detailed progress reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership review and decision-making processes.* Ensure adherence to corporate policies, legal standards, and regional compliance frameworks across project lifecycle.**Essential Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related field.* Five years of experience in project management or corporate coordination or consulting roles.* Extensive experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and external partners and consultants and joint venture partners.* Knowledge of project environments that involve infrastructure and utilities and telecom and data center operations.* Demonstrates proficiency in using MS Office and reporting tools and project management software systems.**Preferred Qualifications*** Advanced knowledge about power utilities together with their regulatory obligations and requirements for building infrastructure.* Exceptional communication skills which he combines with organizational abilities and his capability to solve problems through analytical methods.* Manage multiple tasks at once while working on demanding projects.Location
