Limitless Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Lounge Manager to lead the operations of an exclusive lounge within a prestigious 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires luxury hospitality expertise, strong VIP guest relations, and proven leadership in lounge operations.

Expect English plus an additional European/Balkan/CIS or Afrikaans language, meticulous presentation, and exceptional guest service mindset.

Qualifications

• Luxury hotel experience in a 5-star setting is essential.
• Fluency in English plus another European/Balkan/CIS/Afrikaans language.
• Proven lounge operations experience and VIP guest handling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills in hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of luxury service standards and guest recognition.
• Ability to coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Impeccable grooming, polished communication, and professional presence.
• Eligible for a face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi.

Limitless Recruitment is seeking an experienced, polished and service-driven Executive Lounge Manager to lead the operations of an exclusive executive lounge within a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi.

MANDATORY ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Luxury Hotel Experience Previous experience as an Executive Lounge Manager or Club Lounge Manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort is essential.
• Mandatory Language Requirement Fluency in spoken and written English plus fluency in at least one additional European, Balkan, CIS or Afrikaans language.
• Executive Lounge Operations Strong knowledge of executive lounge or club lounge operations including daily service delivery, food and beverage service, lounge presentation and operational standards.
• VIP Guest Relations Proven ability to manage VIP guest expectations, personalise service, handle guest feedback professionally and anticipate the needs of discerning international clientele.
• Leadership amp Team Management Demonstrated experience leading, motivating and developing a hospitality team while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Luxury Service Excellence A thorough understanding of luxury hospitality standards, guest recognition, attention to detail and personalised guest experiences.
• Operational Coordination Ability to coordinate effectively with Front Office, Food amp Beverage, Housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Professional Presentation Impeccable and elegant grooming, polished communication skills, confidence and a refined professional presence.
• Problem-Solving Strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Interview Availability Candidates must be available to attend a face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi.

PACKAGE

• Monthly salary of AED 16,000 – AED 18,000
