Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive airfreight operations experience.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Proficiency with freight forwarding software and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong understanding of airline cargo products and operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• IATA DGR or CGBP certification is advantageous.
