Job summary

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year experience in housekeeping or related area.
• 2-year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping shift operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Communicate guest room status to Front Desk in a timely manner.
• Assist in supervising the housekeeping schedule and inventory of supplies and uniforms.
• Oversee inspections of guestrooms and public spaces and drive corrective action.
• Assist in managing department costs to meet budgeted goals.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance appraisal processes for staff.
