Job summary

Qualifications

• Or 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verify guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk promptly.
• Inspect guestrooms daily and supervise housekeeping shift operations.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supplies; ensure compliance with SOPs and standards.
• Train and develop staff, schedule employees, and manage attendance.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain the operating budget.

Education
