Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) seeks a Senior Director – Platforms & Infrastructure to plan, lead and manage all IT operations and user support across the organization. The role ensures uninterrupted IT systems and services while coordinating with related departments and stakeholders to meet SLAs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8-10 years’ experience in IT Operations and Systems Support, preferably in a large manufacturing organization.
• Experience in managing IT vendor and contractor relationships.
• PM qualification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage all activities of the Platforms & Infrastructure department.
• Ensure day-to-day IT operations and user support with SLA compliance.
• Oversee data center management, application and infrastructure support.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures and controls.
• Manage budgets, and monitor financial performance against budget.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and information security initiatives.
