Job summary

• PM certification preferred.
• 8-10 years’ IT Operations experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Experience managing IT vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage all IT operations and user support to ensure uninterrupted services.
• Oversee data center management, systems support, infrastructure, and help desk functions.
• Develop and implement IT strategy, policies and controls in line with business needs.
• Lead vendor relationships, budget oversight and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards and information security requirements.
