Job summary

Gartner is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader in Abu Dhabi to manage strategic client relationships and guide Gartner members through the full lifecycle from pre-sale to renewal.

You bring 15+ years in senior cyber security leadership (CISO/CSO/Head of Cyber Security) with deep knowledge across information security, risk management and resilience. Strong public speaking and mentoring skills are essential; travel 25%+ is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior cyber security leader (CISO/CSO/Head of Cyber Security)
• Deep understanding of Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management and Resilience
• Experience in strategy development, organizational design, initiative management
• Excellent relationship management with senior technology and business leaders
• Excellent public speaking and workshop facilitation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage 25-30 member relationships and participate in account planning with Gartner Leadership Client Managers and Account Executives
• Assist members to achieve their Mission Critical Priorities by leveraging Gartner assets and own experience/knowledge
• Leverage subject matter expertise to provide solutions, insights, and guidance for members
• Provide engagement plans aligned with service deliverables and entitlements
• Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, delivery, review and renewal
• Support member retention and growth in the region by collaborating with Gartner Sales on prospect cultivation and value demonstration
• Host or participate in onsite or remote member activities such as workshops, analyst visits, round tables, and webinars
