Job summary

Ghobash Group in Dubai seeks a Cybersecurity Advisory & Assurance Lead to direct enterprise cybersecurity assessments and advisory engagements for government and enterprise clients. You will lead framework-based assessments (NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001) from workshops to remediation planning, acting as a credible adviser to CISOs and senior management.

Qualifications

• 8 years of cybersecurity experience spanning multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrable experience leading enterprise cybersecurity assessments.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and evidence-based assessments.
• Experience producing executive-level reports and presenting to senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity maturity and capability assessments.
• Conduct control design and operating-effectiveness assessments.
• Review cybersecurity policies and operating models against multiple frameworks.
• Assess SOC capabilities, SIEM, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence and incident response.
• Assess security architecture across enterprise, cloud, and OT/ICS where applicable.
• Identify security gaps, risk and remediation roadmaps; produce management dashboards.
• Present findings to CISOs and executives with actionable remediation.
• Lead workshops and guide junior consultants; support proposals and follow-on opportunities.
