Qualifications

Responsibilities

Create menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring variety and quality.
Plan orders of ingredients according to stock shortages/surpluses.
Manage day-to-day kitchen staff operations, including hiring and scheduling.
Establish portion sizes and prepare all menu items according to recipes.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary.
