Responsibilities

• Preparing high-quality meals with attention to detail and presentation
• Developing menus and recipes according to customer requirements
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when necessary
• Ensuring that food safety regulations are followed at all times
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health codes
• Working together with other kitchen staff members to ensure efficient service
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Managing food costs by monitoring waste and portion control
