Job summary

ConFlip in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team in Jabal-Ali. You will plan menus, prepare meals from scratch following recipes, and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure quality and presentation meet our standards.

You will have the opportunity to express creativity by developing new dishes, experiment with recipes, and maintain a clean, organized kitchen at all times. The role requires flexibility to work long shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Chef in a similar role
• Strong cooking and recipe execution abilities
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations
• Great attention to detail and presentation
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Willingness to work long shifts including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and prepare meals from scratch according to recipes
• Manage kitchen operations to ensure quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
