Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work long hours under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to the menu.
• Create new recipes and dishes.
• Ensure all food is cooked and served on time.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure proper food safety procedures are followed at all times.
