Flyper is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Zayed City, UAE. The role covers menu design, recipe development, and cost control across the kitchen. You will supervise staff, train team members, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.

The Executive Chef will report to the Director of Operations, create innovative menus, and manage cooking schedules, supplier orders, and cost records. Relocation assistance is available for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
