Job summary

Flyper is seeking an experienced Executive Chef in El-Fujairah, UAE, to lead kitchen operations and drive menu development for high-quality culinary experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure consistency, and plan meals for events while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent culinary knowledge with the ability to create innovative menus from customer feedback.
• Good organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new recipes and menus according to customer feedback and requests.
• Plan meals for large events, private dining experiences, or other occasions as needed.
• Monitor the quality of all dishes prepared by staff members in the kitchen.
• Supervise the preparation of ingredients and ensure all dishes meet established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to safety regulations at all times.
