Johnson and Johnson in Dubai seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Regional General Manager across Emerging Markets. The role combines executive support, calendar, travel, and governance coordination across time zones.

You will manage complex schedules, prepare materials, coordinate leadership engagements, and ensure confidential handling of information with discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized and skilled in stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience supporting senior executives in multinational regional or complex org.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience with expense and procurement systems such as Concur and Ariba preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a complex, multi-time-zone executive calendar and travel itineraries.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and ensure follow-up.
• Act as central coordinator with regional teams and external stakeholders.
• Handle expenses, POs, invoices, and admin documentation accurately and securely.
