Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a founder of a luxury fashion brand. The role involves managing calendars, travel, and key communications. You will coordinate projects and events, prepare presentations and reports, and work closely with the founder on daily operations.

UAE-based candidates with 2-3 years of EA experience are preferred. This position requires Dubai/UAE residency and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
• Experience supporting a Founder/CEO/Director or senior executive is essential.
• UAE work experience is mandatory; Dubai-based candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the executive's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate business priorities, projects, and follow-ups.
• Handle professional correspondence and stakeholder communications.
• Support brand events, activations, product launches, and photoshoots.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documentation.
• Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day business operations.
