Work Flexibility: Onsite

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate complex scheduling for the MENA LT team, including managing calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
  • Capture and process data using various software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of office services, evaluate and develop office policies and procedures to improve workflow, and anticipate future needs as the organization grows.
  • Assist in selecting vendors and purchasing equipment, services, and supplies necessary for the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Manager and internal or external stakeholders, and draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of the GM.
  • Plan and organize executive events, meetings, and conferences both onsite and offsite, including venue selection, catering, communication, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What You Need

  • Certified Administrative Professional, Executive Assistant Certification, or similar qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in project coordination or event management.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) or other cloud-based tools.
  • Ability to use document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dropbox, or Box) to organize and share files efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Travel Percentage: 30%
