Job Purpose

To provide comprehensive personal and professional support to the Chairman, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of all official and personal activities. The role involves managing schedules, correspondence, coordination with internal teams, and handling ad-hoc tasks related to Milele Car Rental and Milele Properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support in both official business activities and personal errands or tasks.
  • Coordinate and follow up with team members in Milele Car Rental and Milele Properties to ensure the timely execution of assignments.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on delegated tasks and projects.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the Chairman.
  • Assist with personal arrangements, including appointments, bookings, and logistics.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
