Job summary

LINKVIVA is seeking a Production Manager to oversee planning and execution of event production. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure every detail is handled with precision, from concept to curtain call.

The role requires 8–10 years in event production with at least 4 years in a leadership position. Based in the UAE, you’ll manage resources, timelines and technical requirements to deliver flawless events.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale events from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, technical setups and vendor coordination.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Event Production from kickoff to post-event wrap.
• Manage Vendors & Partners to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Oversee Budgets & Logistics and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure.

About the Role

As Production Manager youll oversee the planning and execution of event production ensuring every detail is handled with precision. Working closely with internal teams and external partners youll manage resources timelines and technical requirementsmaking sure every event runs like clockwork from concept to curtain call.

What Youll Do

Lead Event Production Plan coordinate and oversee all aspects of event production from kickoff to post-event wrap.

Manage Vendors & Partners Select and supervise suppliers contractors and production crew to ensure quality and timeliness.

Oversee Budgets & Logistics Manage production budgets and logistics while optimizing for cost-efficiency and quality.

Solve in Real-Time Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure seamless execution under pressure.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally Work hand-in-hand with creative account and technical teams to align on project vision and delivery.

Mentor & Lead Inspire and grow the production team through hands-on leadership and development.

What You Need to Apply

Proven experience managing large-scale events from start to finish
