Job summary

EVS Electric Vehicle Services UAE is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to manage workshop bookings, customer relations, and service operations across our UAE network. You will welcome customers, inspect vehicles, open job cards, prepare estimates, obtain approvals, coordinate with technicians, and keep clients updated on status through to final invoices.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership.
• Flexibility to work across EVS branches in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Experience with ERP software and job card management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, inspect vehicles, and open job cards.
• Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure on-time service delivery.
• Update clients on vehicle status and process final invoices.
