Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer order management or logistics support.
• Exposure to international import/export processes.
• GTR or duty-free experience is a strong plus.

• Manage end-to-end customer order processing for EU operations.
• Follow up on order entry and monitor order flows daily.
• Maintain accurate records in our ERP system.
