Job summary

Star Services LLC in Dubai invites an experienced Sales Order Processing Coordinator (Sales & Logistics Coordinator) to join as the first local team member. You will support European sales managers with order processing and logistics, helping to build our UAE operations.

Requirements include 4 years in B2B sales/order processing, strong knowledge of incoterms and payment terms, fluency in English, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and J-Karat. German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years in sales/order processing in B2B industrial environments.
• Knowledge of incoterms and payment conditions.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; J-Karat experience is a must.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

Role Overview
