Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off and prepare accurate material and project estimations.
• Prepare bill of quantities and commercial quotations based on project requirements and specifications.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare technical documents, estimation reports, and supporting commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, technical specifications, and material availability.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for quotations, supplier communication, and project files.
• Support the sales and project teams with accurate cost analysis and technical information.
• Review drawings and project details to ensure correct estimation and scope understanding.
• Assist in improving estimation accuracy and timely delivery of proposals.
• Use MS Office tools for reporting, calculations, and communication.
• Apply AutoCAD knowledge where required for reviewing technical drawings and layouts.

Ideal Profile
